Welcome to Carolina Breeze! This brand new home will be completed in May 2024! This home will feature 8 large bedrooms along with all private attached baths with full tiled showers. There will be two living spaces giving you plenty of room for the entire family.
All rooms will feature their own private bathrooms with floor to ceiling tile showers. Enjoy the luxury of having to living rooms one being located on the main level and the second being on the third floor that will have a full wet bar and refrigerator. Kick back an relax and watch your favorite sports teams on the two 85" Smart TVs.
The main floor will feature 1 Bedroom, half bath, oversized kitchen with dual refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. It will also boast an oceanfront dining area and spacious living space with oversized picture windows to take in the gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The second floor will have 5 bedrooms. Two will be oceanfront with single kings and direct porch access. The other three bedrooms will be streetside with two having 2 queens each and one with a single king.
The third floor will be home to a large living space oceanfront with a oversized wet bar and full fridge. This floor will also have two bedrooms one with two kings and oceanfront and the other with two queens on the street side.
Each floor will have access to a spacious balcony where you can sit and listen to the ocean waves roll in or watch the sunrise.
Outside will feature a large saltwater oceanfront pool with connected waterfall spa. After a day of playing in the ocean come back cool off with the entire family in this amazing luxury.
Guest have access to all areas of the home other than three closets that are used for personal items.
If there are any issues with cleaning or items in the house please contact us immediately and we will remediate the situation as quickly as possible. We can not assist if we are not made aware of any issues and our goal is to always take care of our guests and make sure they are comfortable.

There is parking for 8 Vehicles.
This is 100% non-smoking property inside and out. Fines of $250 will incur if remnants are found.
Elevator gives guests access to all floors in the home. The elevator is not be used as a "toy". The elevator is provided for those who have difficulties with stairs and give guests the ease of getting luggage and groceries into the home during their stay. In the event that the elevator does breakdown it is very difficulty to get the company out quickly so please be cautious while operating and follow all instructions.
We do not consider the pool to be "dirty" if there is sand or some debris. Being oceanfront the wind does effect this. Pools are cleaned weekly. If there are any issues with the pool or spa we will address as quickly as possible.
We provide 20 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas for our guests along with pool towels. Please make sure to clean off and restore.
This home is lcoated in the Crescent section of North Myrtle Beach. This home boast ample parking for 8 cars, large outdoor saltwater pool, and 3 back porches overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary items. Keurig and regular coffee makers.
Must be 25 to book and ID is required along with signed contract. This is a non-smoking property and any remnants found will incur a $250 fee.
Check in is strictly 4 PM and Check out 10 AM May-September so we can insure efficient time for cleaning. All beds are made pre arrival and towels are priovided.
No trailers or motorcycles allowed on property.
