It's a great location a short walk from the beach. Close to everything you need.

Courtney was a great host, and always available to fix any issues.

What we liked the most:
- a kitchen with everything you need
- super family friendly (with things like sand toys, play pen, plastic dishes)
- two blocks from a beautiful beach- super easy to walk there.
- a nice warm pool only steps away
-equipped for a beach day (it included beach chairs, and towels)
-access to washer and drier ($2 each load, quarters only)
- safe, quiet neighborhood
-very clean and spacious
-excellent, quick and helpful communication from the host
-soft, comfy beds

Other things:
The condo has a very strong damp smell (I know the constant humidity doesn’t help and dampness may be something that is hard to control). I am only including this because I didn’t see it in any of the reviews, and with a sensitive nose, it surprised me. Neither my husband or kids had a problem with it.

The windows have very light curtains and the hallway light is always on. This makes it hard to darken room at night.

Over all, we enjoyed our stay and kiddos have asked to return.

Perfect efficient spot for an active family that enjoys the beach and the pool.

We loved our stay here and the walking distance to the beach was very close and easy enough to walk to with our toddler twins. Very quiet area and friendly families all around.

Great stay! Fully stocked and equipped with all needed. Most comfortable beds and softest towels I’ve ever had on a Airbnb. Very responsive and cute little place to enjoy a weekend getaway! Would book again!

Came to Courtney's place with friends to spend 3 days in North Myrtle Beach. The place was comfortable, clean, and as described. Check-in was super easy and Courtney was quick to respond even during our late check-in. Loved how close it was to the beach - a very short walk to beach access.
Would definitely stay here again we had a great time.

Came to Courtney's place for two nights with 3 friends. Her condo itself was great, very clean and comfortable. The surrounding building is a little run down and the hall way had a bad smoke smell. Only point of frustration is the cleaning fee ($150) pretty much doubled the price of the stay and we had to do a lot of pre-cleaning tasks upon check out or be charged additional fees.

This 2 bedroom condo was wonderful. It was up to date and spotless. The grounds were also well maintained and spotless. Easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for a short trip with a few friends! The place is very cute and location is great- just a very short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed having a pool onsite to use. Definitely recommend!

You would not be disappointed in choosing this condo. It is really close to the beach. Very family friendly duplex. It has all the amenities that a person can ask for and need. It’s very clean and spacious. My family of five had plenty of room. My boys loved the bunk beds while we’re there. I would highly recommend this place if your wishing to relax near the beach.

Courtney was very quick with responding to any questions we had during our stay. Beach chairs were great for our day on the beach as well. We will definitely be back!

The place was cute and clean. Everything was provided so that was definitely a plus. Super quick walk to the beach as well. The air conditioners were pretty loud but honestly that’s to be expected and definitely not a deal breaker. We would for sure stay again!!

We had a great time at this location. It was right next to the beach, within walking distance, and there was a very nice pool and grilling amenities on site.
Contacting the owner was easy and she replied very quickly! She was very nice and helpful!
The only problems we had were that we couldn't find the beach chairs that were described. There was nothing in the front bedroom closet like the check in information indicated; unless the beach chairs were the chairs on the balcony.
Also, the front bedroom has a window that opens up into the hallway of the property where there are very bright fluorescent lights, especially at night. I understand the importance of having a window there, but perhaps some black out curtains in a nice pastel color would help with the brightness?
Otherwise, very excellent stay! We would definitely recommend this property to others!

The BEST spot, especially for the price! Nice and quiet, easy access to the pool and to food. Easy, quick communication, but that didn't really matter bc everything was set up for me that I didn't have any questions!

The unit really is 2 blocks from the beach. It's walkable, but there is parking across from the beach entrance if you have a lot of beach accessories to carry.

Great place. Very easy access to beach. The pool, grills, and picnic tables are nice and convenient. Location is nice for any stores, restaurants, and activities. Just a short drive from Myrtle beach too. I would go back for sure.

The condo is clean and well furnished. However, the space is deceptively small. The WiFi is not secure and shared with the entire complex, often making it slow and unreliable. The AC is window/wall units and are very loud. I would not stay here again.

Beautiful, very clean condo very close to Beach ( 1 very short block). management was very quick to respond to 1 or 2 minor requests over the 3 months I spent here and very helpful. I highly recommend this AirBNB location.
