Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the value of your booking. Please review the following terms before making a reservation:

Cancellation Fee
• A cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply to all cancellations, or if using a credit card there are processing fees, if there is a cancellation using the credit card, paid processing fees will not be refunded. Whichever is of higher value will apply

Refund Guidelines
• 100.00% refund if 30 days before arrival (minus the cancellation fee).

*If cancelled after the 30 days we will try to get the property rebooked. If the property is rebooked, we will supply a refund minus the difference in pricing from the new booking compared to the original booking. Example: If property is booked for $1000 and we receive a new booking for $800, you will then receive $800 back and $200 will be held. If not rebooked no refunds will be given.

*If guests have signed agreement and property is discounted at a later date guests will not be allowed to rebook at discounted price.

Deposit Policy

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

We had a great stay! After an unexpected issue with our previous rental with another company, we booked this home around midnight and checked in just a few hours later. The team was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was smooth for our arrival. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be booking again, 100% recommend!
