Courtney’s place was awesome for our family getaway. Easy walk to the beach, heated pool, large areas for the family to lounge and quiet at night. Will definitely be back.

Courtney is such a great and attentive host! If there was an issue she was very good about dealing with it in a timely manner. The house itself is well-maintained and clean. Would stay there again.

Place was great! The house was immaculately clean and set up for a great beach vacation. Location was perfect for oir group...close to the beach and short drive to all the venues we wanted to go to. Will definitely book again. Courtney was great to deal with...very reaponsive. Lost Treasure is a gem!

This house fit all of our needs! The kitchen had everything you could want and need. The stove works well, the farmhouse sink and butcher block counter tops with additional seating for meals is absolutely fantastic. the pool is quite adequate and relaxing. The grill works great and there are plenty of pool noodles and a few floats to help you out. Bedrooms, social areas, and bedrooms are well laid out and provide a very warm feeling to it. Courtney has you covered with any questions you may have and prompt replies when needed. Thank you again Courtney.

Our stay didn't get off to a good start. When we first arrived, the pool was dirty/cloudy due to the recirculating pump/filter either not on or working very well. The hot water heater also wasn't working due to what turned out to be a tripped GFI receptacle on the front porch. The pool deck and upper/lower front porches had debris on them which could have been taken care of with a leaf blower. The sliding glass door to the front porch must have been recently installed and it didn't have a lock. Rather, it was secured by a length of 2" X 4" lumber blocking it from opening. Together, these caused a negative first impression. However, once we alerted Courtney, she was very responsive and sent folks from her team to come out and take care of the pool and hot water issues within a couple of hours.

The house itself was nicely decorated in a suitably "beachy/nautical" theme and was very adequate to our family's needs in terms of beds and baths. It was a little quirky in that, between what must have been some settling or the original house and the addition, the floors were slightly unlevel. This led to a running joke about feeling like being on the deck of a ship.

We did note some smaller issues, e.g., broken manual can opener, that came up during the week and sent them to Courtney FYI. Again, she was very quick to respond and sent replacements the same day.

Courtney was a most fantastic host!! Very prompt and accommodating!!! The property was amazing!! Crazy amount of space extremely well equipped and few short steps from the beach!!! We will definitely be returning!!! Game room was super cool!!! Pool, patio and lighting perfect for the evenings!! Really enjoyed staying!!!

Updated home... needs a tiny bit of out door/pool area sprucing up. Perfect location and communications. Nice furnishings.

A beautiful home and location for family fun! We had a wonderful time cooking family meals, playing games and visiting the beach. Our fur children enjoyed sunning in the fenced yard. We want to come back soon.

This is the cutest vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! Everything is just as pictured in the listing. You will want for nothing while you’re there. The house is well equipped in every way. They even provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys! If you come across an issue, Courtney is super fast to respond. We had a very relaxing vacation and hated to leave! We will definitely be back!

Courtney's house was a wonderful experience. My family and I were in love with the place the moment we arrived. Everything was as described & we wear all very happy & satisfied.
The pool was lovely, the beach was a short walk away, & all the household amenities were easy to find & easy to use.

The house was Amazing! I went with 5 other adults and it was perfect for our small group. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. We spent many hours at the pool and hanging out in the backyard with no problems with neighbors or bystanders walking through the neighborhood. We really enjoyed the nice kitchen with plenty of options available to accommodate for all of our meals and drinks. We'll definitely be going back again.

The house truly is charming and there is plenty of space for many people. It is such a plus to have bathrooms in most bedrooms and then some. The two living spaces also help when kids and adults want to separate. Having the private pool outside your back door is everything. The short walk to beach is an easy one. We enjoyed our stay. Make sure you hit the ice cream shop “Melt”. Homemade and reasonable. We also enjoyed Barefoot Landing.

Staying at Courtney’s was more wonderful than expected. The only regret was the weather which was way too cold to enjoy the pool. The house was spacious and amazingly clean. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend it for families.

Great house! Comfortable rooms with TONS of living space. Heated pool and game room was a plus. Great location with a very short walk to beach. Courtney was amazing and available to answer any question we had. Will definitely stay again.
