The layout provides the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. And with three full bathrooms and a half bath, getting ready for the day’s adventures is always smooth and stress-free.

HOUSE RULES:
Must be 25 or older to book our home.
Only 2 non-aggressive breeds are allowed with a $300 pet fee.
No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking inside.
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.
PET RULES:
• A $300 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
• Your dog should be friendly, non-aggressive and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds!
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs.
