Guest booking must be 25+ and staying in the rental at the time of the visit

No golf cart rentals are allowed per HOA rules, Guest will be responsible for fines if HOA charges the homeowner
Trash pick up is Thursday Morning - Place out Wednesday evening and return to garage after pick up
Parking max 2 vehicles (there is overflow but not gauranteed)
