Private Pool New 3BR/2BA Home

Courtney’s place is great! We were a small family with dogs traveling to see family in the area and we were very happy and comfortable in the house. It was very clean and well stocked with whatever you may need while traveling. We didn’t put the pool to much use as it was cold and rainy during most of our stay, but the pool and back yard are great, especially if you have dogs. Courtney was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely book again and recommend others do as well!

We had a great time at Cherry Grove for a last minute get away over Fall break.
The house worked great to accommodate all our family needs. It very clean and had everything to make for a relaxing few days. The pool was a welcomed treat to cool off after a day at the beach and having access to beach supplies was an extra bonus.
Email and relevant information all came through very quickly.
We would not hesitate to visit this location again in the future.

The place made us feel right at home. We usually cook and have to go purchase everything but this place had everything from dishes to seasoning. Also the pool had extra floats and stuff for the children. The grill was open we didn’t have to pay to use it. I had to call about the entry lock and it was a simple fix someone came over to fix it right away, the place was clean and dinning was minutes away. Most stores was within 5 miles. The beach was minutes away and traffic was not bad.

Loved the pool and the outdoor area the most! Nice house and great location. Beach and food were really close by! Host was super responsive to messages and we had a really nice time there. Wish it lasted longer!

Courtney’s home was absolutely perfect for our family while we were in town for our daughter’s softball tournament. We had a family of four, plus my brother and sister-in-law with their infant children, and there was plenty of space for everyone.

The house was thoughtfully stocked—I forgot shampoo and conditioner and was thrilled to find some available in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked in every night without a problem.

The outdoor space was amazing! We loved spending time in the pool, and the kids were especially excited to find sand toys for the beach. The location was also ideal—close to the grocery store, ice cream shop, and of course the beach.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely book here again. Thank you, Courtney, for such a wonderful home!

This was the perfect place to stay, close to the beach, and had all amenities needed for a week. The pool was amazing, we would stay here again!

Communication was superb with the owner. This was a newer home with up and coming beach homes being built around it. The place was beautiful with nice amenities, beautiful pool, and extremely dog friendly. We did rent a golf cart but parking for the golf cart was difficult because beach access is difficult. I gave 4 stars on location due to proximity to the beach. it's approximately a 5 minute commute via golf cart.

We had a great time! We really enjoyed the home, the yard and the pool! We recently stayed at a different AirBnB that did not meet our expectations, so it was so nice to stay here and not be disappointed!

Everything worked as it should! Beds were comfortable. Yard was secure, we had enough TP, bags, detergent for several days. (You would likely need more TP for a longer stay.)

One of the neighbors mentioned you can rent a golf cart and have it delivered right to your driveway. We did that on our last day and had a blast driving around town and to the beach!

Loved our stay! The host was flexible with check-in time which was super helpful since we had to drive in while my baby napped, causing us to arrive earlier than check-in time. The home was beautiful, clean, and actually felt bigger in person compared to the pictures! Our favorite restaurant, The Shack, is a 7 minute walk away, and the beach was a 5 ish minute golf cart drive. The pool was perfect and the neighbors were friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Courtney was a great host & very responsive to questions. The house has a great layout & is lovely. The pool was very refreshing, plenty large, & even had floats and noodles in the storage shed downstairs. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms quite nice. Location was great with easy access to restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc. We rented a golf cart, which was wonderful, as we would load up the four of us, what we needed & head to the beach. You could cross two main roads & legally drive down the others. Pull up a map and see how easy it was to get there. There are Golf Cart only parking areas & each day we parked on 27th Ave. We stayed the week before things started getting busy at the beach & never worried about getting a spot. We used the cart to drive around neighborhoods for leisure & even saw Osprey & Black Fox Squirrels, which was a rare treat. It was wonderful having our pup with us due to the large fenced backyard! We'll return!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was just as described, the pool was even better than described and was heated for us without needing to request. The dogs were super at home and especially enjoyed the back yard. the washer and dryer and dishwasher were all super convenient and though we brought our own laundry supplies there were some already in the laundry room if we hadn't. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to Courtney for the awesome communication and answering all our questions.

Courtney was an awesome host. She responded to any inquiries we had, and she satisfied our questions completely. The home was spotless an had all necessities available.

Everything met my expectations, except the beds, for the price I expected better quality bed frames and mattress, beds were not comfortable.

The stay was very accommodating for me and my family. The home was right around everything and very close to the beach. We were very happy with our stay. I plan to rent with Courtney again.

Courtney was responsive prior to checking in, during the stay, and even after we checked out. The house was cozy and clean. We really enjoyed the private pool and yard. She had plenty of supplies for us to use during our stay and didn't have a long list of requirements for us to complete upon leaving - which was important to us because we had two little kids that require a lot of attention during the morning routine. I would definitely recommend her place if interested in staying in the N. Myrtle Beach area.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Betty Beach Spot. It was beautiful and not far from food or the beach, everything we need was there for us, it was Beautiful, we had a great time. Thank you Courtney your Awsome!! we will be back!!

I'm not one of the people who like to leave reviews but this house deserves it, it's a very nice house, very well furnished and decorated, it has everything you need, the neighborhood is very quiet and the beach and shops are just 5 minutes away, the host Corthney is very friendly, she is on the lookout if you need anything and very responsive , I 100% recommend the place if you want to have a quiet vacation, and of course we will stay there again ❤️
